Need assistance with beforehand imported tackle data in electrum

Fast again story…..
Imported two litecoin paper wallets into Electrum for a pal as per his directions. After all stability confirmed ZERO. Afterwards he apparently tossed the paper pockets data. After studying up on this topic I as soon as once more imported a LTC paper pockets into Electrum, which confirmed zero stability,
and the following day imported that very same tackle into Electrum LTC and the stability was there.
Query is…..
I am simply operating home windows 10, that being mentioned, is there any method for me to drag the unique imported addresses from these first two paper wallets from inside the Electrum program??? And if that’s the case then can somebody clarify it in easy phrases(I am a heavy gear operator, not a programmer)
